Hourly plant employees overwhelmingly vote down an attempt by Teamsters Local 421 to organize plant employees.
Officials from the National Labor Relations Board held an election at EAGLE Window & Door on May 6, 2004. Hourly plant employees overwhelmingly voted down an attempt by Teamsters Local 421 to organize plant employees. David Beeken, president at EAGLE Window & Door commented that he was proud that the EAGLE employees had the opportunity to fairly express their opinion and that the election went the way it did. Beeken continued, "EAGLE is proud to employ such a quality workforce. Because of them, EAGLE will continue to grow and supply the market with great windows and doors."
